Terms of Service
Last updated: May 15, 2026
By using QuizSnap (this website at playquizsnap.com and any related apps or accounts) you agree to these terms. Plain English version below.
What QuizSnap is
QuizSnap is a free entertainment and educational service that serves short trivia quizzes. We try to keep the answers accurate but we are not a textbook. Use the explanations as a starting point, not the final word.
Your conduct
When using QuizSnap you agree not to:
- Use display names that are offensive, impersonating, or that violate someone else's rights.
- Try to break, scrape, abuse, or overload the service.
- Attempt to identify or de-anonymize other players.
- Submit answers via automated tools to game leaderboards.
We reserve the right to remove leaderboard entries, reset scores, or block access for any of the above.
Our content
Quiz questions, explanations, designs, code, and the QuizSnap name and branding are owned by QuizSnap. You may share screenshots of your scores and link to specific quizzes freely. You may not republish bulk quiz content (rip the question DB) without permission.
Your content
If you set a display name, you grant QuizSnap a non-exclusive license to display it on public pages of the site (leaderboards, score-share pages). That's the only user content we accept right now.
Accuracy & no warranty
We try hard to fact-check questions but mistakes happen. If you spot one, tell us via the contact page. QuizSnap is provided “as is” with no warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, QuizSnap and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, for any reason, especially if you violate these terms. You can stop using QuizSnap at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes get a new “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
